Motivation.

Motivation is an important value of the future. Motivation empowers the individuals to keep up with their efforts in order to succeed in their lives and in their careers. Motivated employees are the ones who can achieve success in their careers, experience job satisfaction and get a good feedback. Motivated students are the ones who can succeed in their studies and rank high in their classes. Companies should create a sense of motivation for the employees, empower them and train their leaders in order to have motivated employees.Motivation in companies is the push that makes companies fight and beat competitors to win the competition and atrract more customers . I believe that motivation would be of an increasing importance for the future and it is very important that companies enusre that their employees are motivated to ensure success.

 

Science is the future

I believe that in order for mankind to prevail in the future science will be critical for fueling our imagination and awareness of the world. In my prospective field of study I hope to rid the world of cancers, be able to replace damaged limbs, and possibly even revive cadavers (e.g. bring back the mind of Albert Einstein to consciousness). But science is multidisciplinary and there is also a number of inventions that the physical sciences will bring to fruition - such as the tracing of life in the rest of the universe, possibly the discovery of new elements/compounds unforeseen by the founders of chemistry and detection of new species (even if only in our own world) - science is intrinsically woven into life and I for one welcome the unraveling of these untapped wonders for the fulfillment of society.

 

Human Designer

Hi! I’m Eduardo Otero, I am a human centered designer. I design to improve life. I believe that an empathetic and human centered design approach can enhance they way people live, work and experience their lives. Whether it is product or a service – they are complex settings, where humans, objects and technology are intertwined in tangible, intangible, and unforeseen ways. I am a systemic thinker, a creative doer, and a passionate storyteller. I can cope with complex relationships between humans, objects, and technology – understand them and transform them into user-needs, insights, and strategically impactful ideas and concepts.

 

Focus on today and share tomorrow

Glance at the future like you would glance at the sun, briefly taking in its position and potential, but not becoming mesmerised by it. Treat the past as a book from which you can learn all the lessons there are. Like a book for reference, you need not carry it around with you. And today, well, anything can happen in a day. But with consistency your dreams of the future can be realised, leaving a library of lessons to share with the world.

 

community involvement

Your community, Your life. Imagine each and everyone devoted an hour per week to serve his community. An hour won't cause the person a harm but would leave a great impact on the future. Community involvement doesn't mean only serving it. It means spreading of happiness on people around you, helping them and sharing them in what you have. Think about a thing you can do weekly for you community and imagine if you didn't do it someday for any reason. See how your community will feel the difference then you will know exactly the value of community involvement. You never know really what community involvement means till you try it. Start it, initiate it in your community and be the first to integrate the community around you in a good thing that helps our future.

Passion

Passion is important to those who feel it, as without passion, you have nothing. Passion is what separates the pretenders from the champions, and what takes somebody average and turns them into the best. Passion is what gets you out of bed in the morning, what keeps you going when everything looks impossible, and what picks you up when everything else has crumbled around you. A life without passion means a life without success, and a life without success is not worth living. From Formula One, to studies, to love- They're all nothing without passion. It allows you to be the best you can be, which is all anyone could ever ask. Passion is what I believe will make the future I've dreamed about into a reality. With passion, anything is possible.

 

Hard work; the key to success

It is well-known that the economic situation in the world nowadays is not the best we have seen in the past years. Maybe because money is becoming an issue, everyone worries more than they should about it. Everyone seems to forget a value that has been valid in the past and will be valid for tomorrow more than ever. When one is working, the primary focus should not be money, but instead doing the best possible job to satisfy the employer, customer, and co-workers. If one wants to bring success to their employer and to themselves, one should forget about superficial things and get ready to learn anything that will improve their work capacity. Only through passionate hard work, great things can be achieved, and Pirelli, as a global company, should be an example for the people of tomorrow.
