That is The Harmony

My values for the future are harmonies between work, peolpe, technologies, environments, governments and knowledges like a good music. While all instruments fulfil their own melody, non of them must not ruin the main music and we must play the master solo in them, always.

 

Re-cycling is the most important value for the future.

Re-cycling is supporting less energy use, less materials use,less source use and sustainability to us. We must give more importance to re-cycling than now. Especially, in rubber tech., plastic materials manifacturing sections.

 

Sustainability

In the Modern world we are currently using up resources quicker than they can be located or another option is made, we need to make progress along side this search to keep the materials we have left lasting as long as they can, yet do the same job with little or no variation on the current concept.

 

Justice

I think the most important value is justice. Justice requires being righteous and this creates trust, and trust creates loyalty. Loyalty creates peace and this will raise the humanity values. This is a convention in fact. So we need an important value, justice, to start this convention.

 

Diversity

I believe the world has been changing drastically for the last few decades. People has begun to understand each other as they never could before. Through technological devices, they are simultaneously sharing, discussing and learning ; getting and producing information rapidly. To me, the most valuable contribution of technology so far was providing this kind of communication ability as it is infact providing access to all kinds of minds. As this will go on, I expect communication will continue to incentivize expressing of ideas freely and making people more and more tolerant and peaceful to each other. Therefore people will more easily distinguish between the words bad and different. Besides, becoming braver in thoughts will encourage leaving being society-alike ; learning who they really are.

 

Tech Skills

Flashforward to an era in which technology lurks around every corner and holds no place for the common man. It cuts society in half: those still unaccustomed to a simple e-mail system and those capable of designing a hovercraft. The latter facing an ocean of opportunities while the former is left to adapt or die. It's a future that demands a strong connection between man and machine. It's a future that demands expertise at every level of the job market. It's a future that's dangerously close to resembling our present times.

 

RESPECT

The greatest value of all, because they are automatically applied with most values​​, "respect for the rights of others is peace". In the future we must learn to RESPECT MORE. Respect the environment, we respect other cultures, if you respect not steal, if you respect not destroy, if you respect you help others, but the most important thing is to respect yourself to give the value as a person and be persons of good for humanity and for the world. By respecting can feel good and be good to all, with the world, with others and with ourselves that the respect others we won the respect of all. Adopting an ecological culture to respect and care for our planet. I think it is an essential value that we have to have all.

 

Embracing Differences

We must embrace our differences. Almost all of human despair is rooted in our inability to understand distinctions between others and ourselves. From religious extremism to ethnic violence, discrimination against homosexuals to racism, we expound upon differences in appearances and choices, disrespecting the reality that our feelings are strikingly similar. Most of us want to eradicate poverty and bridge income inequality. Each of us desires peace for our inner selves and the greater world. Once we see past these self-created divides, we shall collaborate globally in the support of human rights and the pursuit of advancement. We can utilize the diversities of our talents to step forward in every field. We can take full advantage of the possibilities globalization offers. By fostering universal empathy, we can unite to end the sheer misery that humans inflict upon other humans.

 

Fair Progress

Believing and contributing to the progress of our society, our economic environment and our human being. Working respecting a "fair" competition and aiming always to farther objectives, without losing the consciousness of what and why we do things.

 

Commitment

People nowadays seem to not realize how important commitment is. It is commitment to a certain thing, such as a company, a person or family that motivates people to do the best job they possibly can regardless of the matter. Commitment leads to hard work and resistance to give up. Not giving up is the key driver of one’s success. Today, many people change their jobs, projects and goals very frequently; causing them to jump from one thing to another and never focusing on something they truly believe in. I’m imagining the future with more commitment. I’m imagining the future where people have real values and are loyal to their firm, family and friends. A future where people don’t give up easily and are not driven by the perception of possible rewards, but are rather committed to their current goals.

 

working hard to be creative

some people say i am not creative , i can not do that , i can not create that , i can not occupy that position , but all that is limit they put it for themselves , if they broke all this limits and make their mind free , and work very hard they found that they are creative and can achieve what they want . my value for the future is working hard to be creative not be creative to work hard . because i believe that by working hard and broke all the barriers that avoid my way to success is the success not only in creativity but in any thing in my life but for me the most thing i want to achieve it is the max level of creativity , if i want to be newton this is dream , followed by strong dare , and a very tough intend , followed by hard working so my dream will be , but if i look from other window and i say that : he is newton he is genius and i am Michael i am normal , so my dream will stay a dream . that how i think in creativity . i must dream then believe and then working hard .

 

Community

Because community is what makes us humans, and as we build a brighter future, for ourselves, our country and for mankind we should never forget that our happiest moments are spent in the company of someone else. So we should always have this value on the top of our lists.
