Ideas

Over time ideas have changed the way we live, think and act throughout our existence. I think the most important value for the future are the ideas because they are unique and powerful.

 

Learning agility

Knowledge, skills and competences are and will be even more important in the coming years. In order to successfully face the future we have to be capable to adapt to whatever comes in our lives, to acquire as many informations and skills as possible, to be smart and able to deal with risky situations and difficult people, and last but not least, to communicate effectively and efficiently in order to achieve our goals. There is a lack of initiative, courage, self-confidence and perseverence in doing things better everytime. We do have to take advantage of our differences and be the best possible "self".

 

SMILE

What I would like to find in my future is people smiling thinking about their occupation and no more people who do their job just because they have to do it for a wide range of reasons. I would like to wake up in the morning and be happy about seeing my boss because I know he will be proud of my job and he'll confirm it smiling at me without saying anything else. A smile might make people feel more conscious about themselves, feel still alive and in contact with everybody is smiling at them. It might seem as an utopia but I'm sure you are smiling imagining a world like mine. If you feel happy you would see everything in a positive way and what someone considers as troubles are just something to face up to move on.

 

Adaptability

What I value most is the ability to adapt to unforeseen situations, in order to keep up with the changes that happen every day in our lives. In today's society, everything is evolving rapidly and the one certainty we have is that change will always come. Adaptability is what allows us to think " out of the box" and change when circumstances need us to, responding effectively to change.

 

Ownership

A brighter FUTURE can start today.This can happen, thrust me when i tell you it's possible. If you as an individual reading this, will take an active role in decision process in the society, company you work, even in the learning environment, your example of personal responsibility will inspire others as well. Do this TODAY, not tomorrow or the day after tomorrow!

 

Compassion

Besides initiative and boldness, the important thing is to understand that what you share with others is your best. If you are not able to share anything, think: what's good about you then?

 

Freedom

When I say freedom, I mean the whole understanding of the concept. It is said that we don't have the possibility to choose our parents and our country, but unfortunately later on, most of us we forget about the freedom to choose. We are told what to dress (fashion), what to eat (nutritionists), how to act (manners), what to study, what to believe in, what is good and what is bad, shortly we are told how to live. That it is why I consider freedom and the awareness of this concept the most important value in one man's life. Later on, a free person choose his education, his friends, his values, his god, his job, his place to live. Because, in the end, we should respect the saying that "Every person is maker of his own destiny". QUOD ERAT DEMONSTRANDUM

 

Integration and Innovation

I believe in integration of past with present to build a new future, renewing old ideias and creating new ones. The innovation comes from the ability to learn with all successes and mistakes of the past to creating the "new" the most efficient possible adding green ideas for our future.

 

Time

Emails are sent and received instantly. Consumers select ‘Express shipping’ when buying on line to receive their goods faster. The speed of travel is ever accelerating. While all these improvements are a huge benefit to society, it strikes me as vital to be wary of the vast amount of time that is being taken from under our feet. The most pleasurable moments in life remain those in which we relax and calm the hectic pace at which we live. I therefore think it is essential to value time above all in the future, so that we do not lose all our other values by getting caught in a whirlwind of unproductive and unnecessary speed. All while retaining our ambitions and determinism, valuing time will enable us to value our other important values for the future.

 

Honor

My vision of a future is a future where people can be honest and truthful with others. When people can respect the diferences, be a man with honor and respect each other. The future, must be great time of all, because men with put their pride aside and absorb the knowledge and experience from others and work to be a better versions of theirselfs.

 

Farewell Nature

Nowadays, the news constantly talk about natural disasters occurring around the world: earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes and more. Also we have all this problems provoked by human beings such as the air or water pollution. The theory says that we in a way are the cause of this lately disasters, that's why it is and it will continue to be really important the social responsibility, not only of companies but of individuals. We should be conscience that we should give back some of what we have in order to contribute to have a better environment to live; and like your house, that you clean and paint, you should individually start doing something for the improvement of our planet, instead of only taking benefits out of it; if we don't want to end up saying Farewell, Nature!

 

To be creative fruitful contributor in the future, especially energy-renewing contributor.

I value ethics, customs, traditions, other cultures, rituals, beliefs, religions, energy, and especially non-renewable energy sources, namely natural gas, that will come to an end in nearly 30 years. That's why I have an idea of using useless waste available everywhere to produce natural gas, and thus making useless wastes of a great use (which is to produce natural gas). Natural gas is of incredible importance for cooking and carrying out other vital activities in life. This can help everyone, the environment and shape a better future with less costs and more profits. The process of producing natural gas from wastes works but not on a wide scope, so I will be working on that in the future whatever obstacles I might face because I believe in my values. Thank you.
