OPERATION “VOLUNTEERS JOIN TOGETHER” FOR PIRELLI ROMANIA
For the sixth year running Pirelli Romania sponsored the “Volunteers Join Together” initiative, entirely dedicated to environment.
More than two hundred employees, twice as many as last year, met on Saturday morning in Strehareti forest, in the outskirts of Slatina, to clean up one of the favourite locations for outdoors activities.
An important sustainable initiative which has started to bear fruit: this year, for the first time, the quantity of mixed waste collected, compared to the previous editions, has reduced.
This result brought satisfaction to Pirelli’s employees who lived this special day with their families.
