Quality

If I could choose a value for the future, I would choose the QUALITY. Each day becomes more noticeable the quality value for people, the environment, companies, products, summarizing, quality should be everywhere. When I think about the future, imagine a world with higher quality: quality of life, quality of education, health, work, products, because the quality is a core value for us to reach our goals. That's why I work and I give my best every day, so that my future, the future of my country and the world are full of quality.

 

Consideration

I value the word consideration. Consideration for everything that you do, from writing a simple email till educating your children. Consideration for everyone around you, by just listening to a friend or even doing a huge favor to a complete stranger. Consideration for the world, starting by recycling and perhaps helping to build a park at your neighborhood. If we adopt consideration in our lives, the world will be a much better place to live.

 

kindness

I believe that kindness generates kindness, be kind to the people around us because it will return to us. Imagine if everyone in the world to be kinder to each other, all people would have more education and respect each other. As a company and its employees, as when an official feels respected by the company he works happier.

Future is what make us leave our beds in the morning , is that last step in the stair , that you though it was there but it isn't, it's when you cross a day of your calendar and go wait for tomorrow. Sometimes it creates excitement , sometimes fear , most of times both. Future is the sensation of something as new as a baby or something that you're used to being seen in a totally different way. Future is our hopes transformed in actions in the pursuit of a better tomorrow!

 

Power of passion

Passion of perfection, passion of life and passion of love... In every part of our life, we see the people who are connected to something with a very strong desire. And there are also the ones who do not aware of their passions. Indeed, it is within ourselves. The issue is, we should start a journey in our midst and discover what we love, what we want to do and then let ourselves making a living of it. We should not forget that every success contains passion in itself. So, do not ignore the importance of passion and believe in the power of passion. As Margaret Mead says ; "Never underestimate the power of a small but committed group of people to change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." Yes,it is the passion!

 

Transparency

Nowadays, the lack of transparency consumes the world, bringing harm, sadness and damage to people. This issue represents a big impact in today's society, not only in politics and business, but in our social lives as well, affecting aspects such as our relationships with family and colleagues. Transparency is a key value in creating a trustworthy environment. Without it, it is impossible to reach a democracy in its fullest - healthy, honest and unbiased. We must be transparent in the work place, acting with ethics and mutual respect, and also in our daily lives, aiming to achieve our own personal aspirations, but with actions of integrity.

 

Curiosity

“I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious”. This quote, by the celebrated physicist Albert Einstein, captures the vast power of curiosity. This potential-laden value is the most important value for tomorrow because every discovery and problem-solving, big or small, personal or global, starts with being curious. In the history of mankind, curiosity has been the driving force behind major discoveries such as electricity. On a personal level, curiosity is what usually leads us to a discovery of a new hobby, an unknown talent, and a better and/or simpler way of doing things. Curiosity allows us to explore boundaries and expand our horizons. Thus, as we start looking towards tomorrow, we should be willing to leave behind the warmth and comfort of the familiar and the status quo and go down the unfamiliar paths of our curiosity.

 

More kindness please

I was born in Bahia,one of the poorest states of Brazil,; and I´m always wondering and how the people in this land can be so happy and so welcoming in spite of all the difficulties in their lives .I have learned in my home and in my city how a simple word can be strong and powerfull on others lifes and how that behavior turns society better.When I was pass to college, I enter in my first job, Empresa jr. ADM UFBA shows me how this behavior in our daily become indispensable to the production company. Nowadays I believe that a company that wishes success and perpetuation, must not only select highly qualified employees but also employees who bring the values inherent the company and add the labor market.

 

Imagination

Imagination is what will keep you winning the challenges life will put in your way. Imagination will make you find new ways when a rock block the old one. Imagination is the key for finding some new ways to lead your life, always making it better.

 

Disposal

Life isn't that short as everyone tells, and we can do a lot of things that we want, but to do it, we always have to be close to the one we love and do what we love. Thats why I want it, I'm wiling to do it, and the time is now, before the wheels of life is over, and I don't want, in a close future, look back anr regret for what I didn't do!

 

Passion

Human is moved by love. When a person loves, he/she can do things that would be impossible for many people. If you do care about something there is no obstacle to avoid your dreams to come true. Love is not only a feeling but also a value because someone without it is nothing. Love drives everybody in a good sensation and it helps to get wellbeing. Love is the key to the future. A person who loves your-self is able to love others and with this value/feeling the world has a chance to be better.
