- SmartEVO AS is our finest rubber compound when it comes to grip, comfort and endurance, all with prioritized source of recycled and bio-based materials*, made to deliver outstanding performance during the seasons and in a multitude of weather conditions. Designed for cyclists who prioritize control, comfort and handling on all road surfaces, this refined formulation provides the optimal balance of superior grip, enhanced damping and extended mileage—ensuring a smoother, more controlled ride over a multitude of rough surfaces and through climate conditions.
- SmartEVO AS utilizes bio-based and recycled materials* in different forms, including natural rubber, which is entirely FSC™*** certified and unique to Pirelli in the industry. Its chemical formulation optimizes traction on both wet and dry surfaces while reducing wear and vibrations**, allowing cyclists to ride with comfort, even in a variety of weather conditions and demanding terrains.

Vegetable Oil
Vegetable oil are plasticizers deriving from vegetal biomass, such as plant seeds, trees and forests. Vegetable oils have a very low glass transition temperature allowing better winter performance.
Rice Husk Silica
Rice Hush Ash Silica is an industrial waste from rice cultivation, not suitable for human nor animal feeding. Its Ash is re-purposed and transformed into Silica to replace mineral sand silica.
Recycled Nylon
is made from recycled nylon fishing nets and other nylon waste, using advanced chemical recycling technology
