WARRANTY

1. What is the Control Unit and sensorised tyre warranty?

Both the Control Unit and sensorised tyres have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

2. Does the installation of TRACK ADRENALINE™ invalidate my manufacturer's warranty?

Absolutely not. The car is not affected in any way.

3. Where can I direct any other queries about TRACK ADRENALINE™?

4. How is TRACK ADRENALINE™ installed?

The Control Unit installation is ‘plug and play’. You can put it on the windshield or on the roll bar/back window. The Control Unit can be easily removed at the end of the track session.

5. Does the sensor interfere with the performance of the tyre?

The sensor is fitted to the inner liner of the tyre, weighs only a few grams, and does not affect the tyre performance in any way.

6. What kind of maintenance is needed?

No maintenance is required on the hardware. The TRACK ADRENALINE™ App may have some updates, available on the Apple Store and on the Google Play Store.

7. Issue: 'The app does not open or continues to crash'

Please uninstall the app and install again.

8. I didn’t receive the registration email with the temporary password

Please allow one hour to receive your email and make sure to check the email spam folder. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service via email at: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

9. I cannot find my vehicle model during the configuration

Please contact our Customer Service team and ask for your vehicle to be added to our system: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com. Please specify brand, model, version, engine, year.

10. I cannot find my circuit

Please contact our Customer Service team and ask for the missing circuit to be added to the system: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

11. I cannot read the tyre pressure using the digital pressure gauge

Please make sure you are within close proximity to the tyre. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Services: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

12. The chronometer starts but does not recognise and/or measure the lap time

Please check that the GPS network is strong under the “Record Session” tab (in detail, check that the GPS icon is active and not crossed out) and that you have selected the correct circuit. If the problem persists, please restart the app and the Control Unit. If the issue is not resolved, please contact the Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

13. Which mobile devices support the TRACK ADRENALINE™ smartphone app?

The App TRACK ADRENALINE™ is compatible with Apple OS (iOS from version 14 and for Apple CarPlay from version .16) and Android OS (from version 8).

14. The app shows an error message: “No control unit connected”

VPlease make sure you are connected to the Control Unit WiFi. If the problem persists, please restart the App and Control Unit and try again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Services: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

15. I have downloaded the app on my android device but I cannot use my control unit

If you have an Android device, please check that it is compatible. You may still need to change some options in the WiFi settings section (e.g. WiFi +, WiFi Intelligent, Smart WiFi, etc.) or allow the use of the Control Unit WiFi network, even if there is no data connection. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Services: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

16. What happens if there is no data connection?

The app cannot be used without an internet connection.

17. The app cannot find a tyre during the configuration process

Please ensure you are within close proximity to the tyre and try again. If the problem persists, try to restart the app. If the issue remains, please contact our Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

18. During the session, I cannot see the data of one or more tyres

Restart the App and tyre again. If the problem persists, try to set up your vehicle's tyres from the Garage section and wait two minutes whilst the Control Unit is on. If the issue remains, please contact our Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

19. What languages will the TRACK ADRENALINE™ Smartphone App be available in?

The TRACK ADRENALINE™ Smartphone App will be available in Italian, German, English, French, Dutch and Spanish.

CONTROL UNIT

20. Issue: The Control Unit does not switch on

Leave the Control Unit charging for 3 hours, until the blue light turns off. If, after 3 hours, the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

21. I cannot find the Control Unit Wifi

Make sure the WiFi network has the same name of the WiFi network the Control Unit is trying to connect to. If the problem persists, restart the Control Unit and wait for the red light to swith off. If the red light does not turn off after a minute or you still cannot see the WIFI network, push and hold the Control Unit switch button until the lights are off. If the problem persists, delete the Control Unit from the App and set up again. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

22. The GPS signal is always limited (GPS LED remains white)

During first use leave the Control Unit outdoor for 5 minutes. The first GPS connection can take up to several minutes. If the issue remains, please contact our Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

23. At the end of the session, the Control Unit does not download data on the smartphone

Verify that the GPS works properly in the 'Register Session' tab and that the selected circuit is the correct one. If something goes wrong during the data download, the App will retry again the next time the Control Unit is switched on. If the issue remains, please contact our Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

24. I can't find the Wifi of the Control Unit

Restart the Control Unit and wait for the red light to turn off. If the red light does not turn off after a minute or you still cannot see the WiFi network, push and hold the Control Unit switch button until the lights are off. If the issue remains, please contact our Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

25. Can I charge the battery of the TRACK ADRENALINE™ control unit?

Yes, the Control Unit is rechargable with the USB charger present in the package.

26. I forgot the Control Unit password

You can find your password in the Profile tab of the App.

27. I cannot update the Control Unit in the Profile tab

Verify that you are connected to the Control Unit. If the problem persists, restart the App and/or the Control Unit and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

28. I cannot use the App with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto

Make sure to connect the phone to the vehicle via USB cable and not via Wireless. The phone needs to be connected to the Control Unit through WiFi network, for this reason it is not possible to use the TRACK ADRENALINE™ App with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto via Wireless.
