From the Ferrari Luce to the Pagani Utopia Roadster, from the Bentley Supersports to the Rolls-Royce Spectre, right through to the Koenigsegg Sadair's Spear and the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT. The 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed brings together some of the most eagerly anticipated and technologically advanced cars in the global automotive landscape. What unites them is not only the pursuit of ultimate performance, but also a common choice: tyres from the Pirelli P Zero family. Once again at centre stage, they reaffirm their position as the benchmark for the world's leading premium and prestige car manufacturers.
More than 300 Homologations since 2023
Since the complete renewal of the P Zero family began in 2023, the range has already secured more than 300 homologations on vehicles distinguished by performance, driving pleasure and safety. This achievement highlights Pirelli's ability to develop bespoke solutions for cars with widely differing characteristics and intended uses, from electric sports cars and grand tourers to high-performance saloons and record-breaking hypercars. Each tyre is developed in close collaboration with the manufacturer to meet the vehicle's specific objectives in terms of handling, efficiency, comfort and safety, confirming the P Zero family's ability to support the ongoing evolution of the automobile.
The Goodwood Festival of Speed
Widely regarded as one of the most important events on the international automotive calendar, the Goodwood Festival of Speed brings together manufacturers, collectors, drivers and enthusiasts every year at the historic Goodwood Estate in England. Over the years, it has become a benchmark venue for the world premieres of new models and technologies, thanks in part to the famous Hill Climb, the uphill time trial that tests vehicles' performance, agility and precision in front of thousands of spectators.
The Models on Show at Goodwood
Among the standout models at the 2026 edition is the new Ferrari Luce, for which Pirelli developed a bespoke P Zero E. Combining high performance with more than 55% bio-based and recycled materials and low rolling resistance, it is available in a record-breaking 24-inch size.
Representing the most performance-focused side of the range through the P Zero Trofeo RS are the Bentley Supersports, Porsche Taycan Turbo GT with Manthey Kit, and BMW M2 with M Performance Track Kit.
The Pagani Utopia Roadster is also equipped with Pirelli's semi-slick tyre and was the first car to adopt Cyber™ Tyre, the technology developed by Pirelli that enables tyres to communicate directly with the vehicle's electronic systems through integrated sensors.
In the luxury and comfort segment, the Rolls-Royce Spectre and Jaguar Type 01 feature P Zero tyres equipped with Elect technology, developed specifically for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. Both models are also fitted with large-diameter tyres, measuring up to 23 inches.
Among the cars fitted with Pirelli P Zero Trofeo RS tyres is the Koenigsegg Sadair's Spear, as well as its LEGO Technic replica, which set the speed record for a drivable LEGO car on the Hill Climb, reaching 111 km/h.
From Race to Road
All tyres within the P Zero family share a technological heritage rooted in motorsport, which has long served as Pirelli's open-air laboratory. The competitions in which Pirelli competes at the highest levels, across more than 350 events each year, provide the starting point for technologies and solutions – including virtual development processes – that are subsequently transferred to road-going products. It is no coincidence that the tyres Pirelli supplies to the world's most prestigious racing series also carry the P Zero name, beginning with Formula 1.
