To be eligible for the extension, please visit the same dealer where the tyre was originally purchased and installed at the 12-month mark. This visit must occur within a 3-week window from the 12-month anniversary of the installation date. A tyre inspection will be carried out as part of the extension process. For example, if your tyres were installed on 1 October 2025, you should return to the dealer between 1 October and 21 October 2026. A reminder message will be sent to the mobile number provided during registration to help ensure you don’t miss this window.

The additional 12-month warranty will only be granted following a successful tyre inspection. To remain eligible, you must visit the dealer within three weeks of receiving the 12-month mark. After this period, the warranty extension cannot be issued.
