TYRES COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Responsible for commercial strategies as well as their implementation and results. Designs short, mid and long-term plans evaluating Tyres market risks and opportunities. Follows up the approval of plans proposed by sector General Management. Proposes sales and marketing strategies and objectives, setting the related budgets and supervising their achievement. Supervises Marketing, Sales, Business development, Sales service about tyre sector. Develops marketing, sales and trade strategy to increase market share and profitability.

COUNTRY COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

AREA MANAGER
Ensures the application of sales policies, maintaining the right balance between the channels in the territory assigned. Achieves sales objectives in compliance with the plan ( Sales turnover/contribution margin/Volumes/Mix/payment terms). Manages the direct and/or indirect Sales Force. Creates/optimizes synergies across the territory, through use of the available marketing levers. Provides, through the dedicated structure, technical assistance/consultancy. Optimizes commercial levers as regards customer satisfaction.

SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER
Collaborates on the definition of sales targets in terms of volumes, mix, sales conditions, and promotional campaigns at national level and/or per single zone. Supports the sales force, to analyze and manage the proper methodological and operational application of marketing levers. Ensures the implementation, operational management and constant updating of the flow of information to the sales force.
