Bonds Outstanding

Pirelli issued the following Bonds Outstanding:

On April 7, 2009 expired bonds for € 150 mn, 5.125%, issued in 1999 by Pirelli & C. SpA.

On October 21, 2008, Pirelli & C. S.p.A. redeemed the 4.875% fixed interest bonds it issued for Euros 500 million in 1998 at a fixed rate of 4.875%.

In April 2007 expired bonds for € 500 mn, 6,5%, issued by Pirelli Finance Luxembourg S.A., granted by Pirelli & C. SpA.
