Deputy Chairman of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. from May 7, 2003.

Born in Genoa in 1952.

After studies at the University of Milan, he specializes his qualification in communication and real estate development. From 1975 to 1977 he is executive producer for La Biennale di Venezia; between 1977 and 1987 he holds different tasks in Espresso and Mondadori Groups (television, marketing and advertising); in 1988 he is General Manager of Carignano SpA (real estate).

In 1989 Carlo Alessandro Puri Negri joins Pirelli Group as Board Member of Milano Centrale Immobiliare SpA and from 1991 as Chief Executive Officer.

At the present time he is Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pirelli & C. Real Estate SpA (formerly Milano Centrale Immobiliare SpA) and Chairman of Pirelli & C. Ambiente SpA.

He also holds the position of Deputy Chairman in Camfin SpA and Pirelli & C. SpA and Board Member of Pirelli Tyre SpA.

Carlo Alessandro Puri Negri is Board Member of Aon Italia SpA, Istituto Europeo di Oncologia Srl,  Fondazione Cerba and Artemide Group SpA.

With regard to academic and institutional positions,  he is member of the Real Estate International Advisory Board of Harvard University (Cambridge) and  Deputy Chairman of Assoimmobiliare (real estate industrial association in Italy).
