Born in Milano in 1958.

He has begun his professional activity in Milan, where he gained the admittance to the practice with the office of the father (Gaetano Lazzati); from 1990 he has worked, as partner, within the Law firm Paolo Maria Tabellini, until 1999; from 2000, as a sole practicionaire.

He has been an expert of the subject Taxation Law from 1995 to 2001 with the University of Trento, and in 1997 also with the University of Pavia.

The main activity is assistance to companies and or groups during the phases of reorganization, development and business restructuring.
