Was born in Rome in 1969.

He graduated in Economics in 1992 at the La Sapienza University in Rome. He is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor and is listed in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Civil Court of Rome.

He is Extraordinary Professor of Business Management at La Sapienza University in Rome and a Lecturer of Financial Analysis at the LUISS - Guido Carli University.

He is a member of the Italian Academy of Business Management.

He acts as a consultant for matters relating to company evaluation, financial and annual report matters, also pertaining to judicial proceedings.
He is member of the Standars Advice Review group of European Commission and of the Supervisory Committee of Professional Sports of the CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee).

He is the author of numerous publications on accounting and business management.
