Was born in Milan in 1962.

He graduated in Business Management in 1987, specialised in Administration and Control at the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan.

He is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor and is listed in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Court of Milan.

His activities cover the preparation of financial statements and tax declarations, assistance in special operations (mergers, transformations etc.), issues concerning accounting matters, company and fiscal matters and company evaluations, as well as acting as a surveyor for the Court of Milan for matters pertaining to company evaluations, equity and accounting. He cooperates on an regular basis with a `leading international software company for the development of accounting and annual report programmes.

He has been analyst with the weekly financial paper "Milano Finanza", "assistant" with the investment bank "La Compagnia Finanziaria S.p.A." of Milan, in the area of company financing (company acquisitions/evaluations) and member of the IT Committee of the Order of Chartered Accountants in Milan.
