Recruitment & SelectionThe procedure for selecting new university graduates is broken down into two phases:
  • the first is based on research activity, screening, and assessment based on group dynamics and individual interviews
  • the second is based on exploratory interviews directly with the line manager and the HR function

Positively assessed candidates are placed in the company through a series of training and orientation activities.

Pirelli also organises Talent Attraction activities to recruit new graduates:

  • Employer Branding activity: institutional presentations, co-teaching, dedicated testimonials with line managers at the largest universities
  • Career Day: series of events that visit some of the most important university cities every year, allowing direct contact with graduates, students nearing graduation, and young professionals
  • Career Book: career service for career orientation, post-university training, recruitment, and communication aimed at students nearing graduation, new graduates, and young professionals.

The policies that define and regulate the human resources Recruiting & Selection process are locally applied by the Affiliates, consistently with applicable practice, laws and regulations.
