The
International Mobility
policy allows a Pirelli employee to gain work experience
abroad
, inside his own structure or another one. This line of conduct testifies to the strategic value of
international perspective
in development of leadership at the Pirelli Group.
During the last decade, an annual average of more than 200 executives, managers and white-collar employees of different nationalities and cultures exchanged know-how, developed their professional skills, exploited new managerial opportunities and thus contributed to construction of a truly international Group.
If perceived as a development opportunity , International Mobility can be fully considered as one of the tools in support of the Equal Opportunity project.
