Please describe your career path
When I first joined I was working in the R&D division, in the field of materials development for all product lines. I came into contact with the racing world in 1999 as a materials engineer before moving into on-track product management in 2004 as a point man for in-house and external clients.

What are the interesting and instructive aspects of your job?
My job is complex and comprehensive, never one-dimensional. I have a true passion for the sector/product: you are always learning something new and you have to make rapid decisions.
I enjoy my life in the company: my commitment is recognised and rewarded. This is a challenging environment and there is a constant focus on innovation.
