The Staff functions are present at the corporate (Pirelli &C.) and business level in the various countries.

Pirelli & C. is the parent company, where the central corporate structures are located. These functions are responsible for coordination and control at the Group level of the activities carried out in all countries where the Pirelli Group operates; also define the policies, regulations and systems of the Group, guaranteeing compliance with Group values and compliance with them by business structures.
