CFO
ensures the co-ordination and control of the administrative management of sector. Supervises preparation of financial statements and establishment of accounting policies in compliance with Group directives. Ensures the input required by central functions for the management of cash management and currency risks. Ensures the application of sector fiscal policies in compliance with Group directives. Supports sector management in the definition of short/medium-term objectives for businesses/countries and in the definition of strategies and in allocation of resources in line with the strategic and financial objectives of the Group. Ensures the planning and control cycle in compliance with deadlines and the feasibility of the plans in compliance with Group directives. Ensures the evaluation and management of investment projects in compliance with Group policies. Defines customer credit management policies and monitors their outcomes in the different countries.

BALANCE MANAGER
Guarantees the accuracy of budgets and financial statements at the inter - company level. Assures that all aspects of financial statements comply with group objectives and guidelines. Permits reconciliation for intercompany transactions is concerned. Manages relations with audit manager, and may also coordinate the activities related to planning and reporting area.

Assures, according to Group Business Objectives, planning and control related to Sector and /or Group. Provides management with information and news about business trends. Aids consolidation of dates and coordination of related resources.

works with functional area managers to define short/medium-term objectives and the allocation of resources in line with strategic Sector objectives. Supports management in the supervision of the planning and control process. Ensures the measurement and control of operating results, ensuring the preparation of all necessary reporting documentation. Evaluates discrepancies in operating, asset-related or financial results in report. Plans objectives and forecasts; promotes corrective actions. Prompts action from functional area/business managers on critical areas highlighted by controls, proposing potential solutions. Supports functional area/business managers in decision-making, carrying out appropriate economic and financial evaluations. Prepares the business outlook with reference to the competitive position of the business
