The Marketing & Product Management function identifies new markets and develops innovative products in collaboration with Research and Development that are suitable for those markets. It also seeks contacts with potential customers.

Marketing & Product Management also promotes products with appropriate marketing actions and supports the Sales function in identifying strategic partnerships for product penetration on the market.

PRODUCT MANAGER DIRECTOR

Manages the product portfolio in his/her charge, in compliance with the objective received; identifies specific actions for industrial and commercial development and evaluates the economic impact of these actions.
Defines, in collaboration with the Sales Director, sales targets in terms of volumes, mix, sales conditions, and promotional campaigns at national level and/or per individual zone.
Elaborates and proposes the marketing plan and pricing policy for product in their charge.
Ensures the implementation of product development and management activities, as well as ensuring support for the business development and the sales activities.

SYSTEM ENGINEER MANAGER

Provides the Company with a continuous update on the evolution of international standards and ensures that product specifications are aligned with such standards.
Analyses the technical aspects of Request for Information and Request for Quotations defining the technical answer for the costumers, interfacing R&D where needed.
Supports Technological Scouting activities, ensuring that the new technologies adhere to international standards.

PRODUCT MANAGER
