In establishing the Pirelli Key Point network, Pirelli carried out extensive research, as a result of which, it recognised motorists’ needs for a truly independent organisation capable of operating with the security and confidence of a national chain whilst retaining a level of customer satisfaction typical of a local independent dealer.
