To obtain a refund, the consumer must send a copy of the invoice dated between September 15th and December 15th, 2011 with the refund coupon to the address mentioned below.
Rebates will not be issued if invoices are sent without the coupon duly filled out.
The following information must be indicated electronically on the invoice:
Invoice number, date of the sale, consumer information (name, address and phone number), name of the tire, the number of tires and the amount of the sale. No document will be returned. Pirelli is not responsible for claims received after the due date, damaged or lost. Claims received after the said date, incomplete or unreadable will be rejected. The claim coupon is not exchangeable for cash.
IMPORTANT: Please note that consumers must foresee a delay of 6 to 8 weeks after the end of the promotion for processing. Important: Should the consumer not qualify for the rebate, due to missing information or not respecting the guidelines of the promotion, the claim will be rejected without notification.
All claims must be received by January 15th, 2012 at the address below in an envelope with sufficient postage on.
