Podcasting is a way to receive audio/video files over the Internet by using feeds to deliver them directly to your desktop. You can listen to the files on your computer, load them on your portable media player and take them with you.

GETTING SET UP

To get started, all you need is podcasting software. Once you download and install the software, you add the podcast feed. The podcasting software will automatically check for updates and download the files to your computer.
