PIRELLI ADRs (American Depositary Receipts)
From November 2nd, 2011, U.S. investors can invest in Pirelli through a new sponsored Level I ADR program launched in co-operation with J.P. Morgan.
Each Pirelli ADR, denominated in U.S. dollars, corresponds to one Pirelli & C. S.p.A. ordinary share and may be traded on the over-the-counter (OTC) market in the United States.
ADRs give title to economic and other rights similar to those of ordinary shareholders including registered shareholder voting rights at Shareholders’ Meetings, dividend payment, etc.

J.P. Morgan has been chosen as Pirelli’s ADR program the depositary bank, which fulfills all necessary obligations including managing the receipts and the custody of the underlying-ordinary shares, and exercising the administrative and property rights on behalf of ADR holders.
