The 2010 financial results and the shareholder remuneration proposal will be examined by the Board of Directors in March 2011 and submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting for approval the following April. 2010 dividend calendar: coupon detachment and payment of dividends are regulated by the Stock Exchange calendar (coupon detachment date: the first day the market is open after the third Friday of the month following the shareholders' meeting that approves distribution of the dividend; payment of dividends: third day the market is open after the coupon detachment date).
