Maximum accumulation of directorships in other companies

On 21 April 2011, as recommended by the Self-Regulatory Code 1, the Board of Directors confirmed the validity and applicability of the Policy, adopted by the Board during the previous mandate, related to the maximum accumulation of directorships in other companies considered compatible with the role of director of Pirelli & C. S.p.A..
