Managers with strategic business responsibilities

In its meeting on April 21, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Company, in virtue of the duties and powers assigned to them, defined "Managers with strategic business responsibilities" - as those who have the power and responsibility, directly or indirectly, of planning, managing and controlling Company activities and taking decisions that may affect the evolution and future prospects of the same – (i) Francesco Gori (Tyre General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Pirelli Tyre S.p.A.), (ii) Francesco Chiappetta (Group General Counsel and Chief of General and Corporate Affairs), (iii) Francesco Tanzi (Chief Financial Officer and Officer responsible for the preparation of the company accounting documents) and (iv) Maurizio Sala (Chief of Management Control for the Group).
