Enrico Laghi

Chairman of the Statutory Auditors

Born in Rome in 1969.

He graduated in Economics in 1992 at the La Sapienza University in Rome.

He is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor and is enrolled in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Civil Court of Rome.

He is Full Professor of Business Management at the faculty of Economics at La Sapienza University in Rome; at the same university, at the faculty of Economics, he is President of the three-year degree course of Administration of the Companies and President of the degree course of Business Economics.
He is lecturer of book-keeping analysis and the Higher Course of the School of the Inland Revenue Police of the Financial Police

He acts as a consultant for matters relating to evaluation of private or public companies and divisions in respect to financial and annual report matters, also pertaining to judicial proceedings.

He is member of the Standars Advice Review Group of European Commission and of the Supervisory Committee of Professional Sports of the CONI, of the Board of Management of OIC - Organismo Italiano di Contabilità and of the Scientific Committee of Telos Foundation - Centro studi dell'Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili of Rome.
He is also auditor at the Fondazione Università La Sapienza.

He is the author of numerous publications on accounting and business management.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Rai Cinema S.p.A.. He is Standing Statutory Auditor of Servizi Aerei S.p.A., Rainet S.p.A., 01 Distribution S.r.l and Gruppo Editoriale Espresso S.p.A..

He is Sole Director of Europrom 2000 S.r.l., Director of Beni Stabili and Banca Finnat S.p.A..
