   | Standing Statutory AuditorBorn in Naples in 1961. He graduated in Law at the University of Naples. He is Full Professor of Economics of the Financial Intermediaries at the faculty of Financial and Insurance Banking Science at the Università Cattolica in Milan. He is enrolled in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Civil Court of Milan. He acts as consultant for various banks and financial intermediaries, in Italy and abroad, and also for entities, in relation to problems of financial and movable economics and also in relation to corporate matters. He is Managing Director of Gualtieri e Associati S.p.A., member of the Board of Directors of Banca Mediolanum S.p.A. and Meliorbanca S.p.A. (where he also covered the position of Managing Director); he is Standing Statutory Auditor of GE Capital S.p.a.l. and of Edmond de Rotschild s.g.r S.p.A.; he is also liquidator of the national insurance fund for the employees of Istituto Bancario Italiano. He has also been appointed by Banca d'Italia liquidator of Giorgio Vincent Sim (Turin) and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Eagle Sim (Milan). In the past, he has been also Chairman of the Boards of Directors and Standing Statutory Auditor of various financial broker companies. He has published several books and papers relevant to economics of the intermediaries and financial markets. |
