He is born in Bari in 1964

He graduated in Economics and Commerce at the LUISS University of Rome.

He is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor.

After having worked in many important tax firm, from 1996 he carries on his professional activity in his firm in Rome, in particular tax and corporate consultancy with medium-sized companies and Italian and foreign corporate groups, writing of reports on tax and corporate matters for operations of reorganization of companies and for the solutions of problems related to internal and international tax law, writing of expert appraisals of companies, writing of recourse and assistance with tax committee and on tax matters, accounting for industrial and commercial companies.

Since 2002 the firm co-operate with the international legal office Baker & McKenzie, on advisory matters related to international excise and taxes.

He is Chairman of the Commission for the “studi di settore” of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Commercial Experts in Rome.

He is teacher at the “Scuola Superiore dell’Economia e delle Finanze Ezio Vanoni”, at the MEF school, at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Commercial Experts in Rome, at the “Scuola di Polizia Tributaria”, at the Italian Minister of the Economic Development (attività produttive), at public and private entities in course on tax matters.

From 1992 to 1997 he was teacher for the School of Management at LUISS University in Rome in the specialization course on corporate tax law and fiscal accounting.

He is the author of many essays and he has worked with magazines specialising in tax matters.
