- How long are internships? Are expense reimbursements offered?
Internships at Pirelli last an average of six months. During internship periods reimbursements and free access to the company canteen are generally offered.
- What requirements are necessary for being contacted for an initial interview?
When screening curricula, the requirements that candidates must satisfy vary according to the type of job. Generally, they must have a good command of English and a high final graduation score. Other requirements can be evaluated only during the individual interview.

- How much time can pass between the time I submit an application and an invitation for an interview?
If your profile corresponds to current needs, you will be contacted within one month after your application. If there are no positions open corresponding to your profile, we will keep your curriculum vitae for a maximum of 2 years time and you will be contacted as soon as new positions open up.
- How are job applications handled?
The first phase of the process consists of acquiring the curriculum vitae. It is reviewed by the company on the basis of the objective parameters previously defined (knowledge of foreign languages, final graduation score, past work experience, experiences abroad...).
If your curriculum vitae is considered in line with the required parameters, you will be invited for an assessment centre (English and Logical test; group dynamics, individual interview). If you pass this first step, you will be invited for a second step interview with the line manager.
