(1) I Pirelli businesses are supported by Pirelli Labs (100% Pirelli), a centre of technological excellence and engine of innovation.

(2) The stakes above are only the ones belonging to the Shareholders Agreement of  July, 2 2011, which regroups 45.5% of the ordinary share capital. Camfin announced to hold, directly or indirectly, an additional 5.9% stake of Pirelli & C. SpA ordinary share capital.
