(1) The stakes above are only the ones belonging to the Shareholders Agreement of 15th January 2013, which regroups 45.5% of the ordinary share capital. Camfin announced to hold, directly or indirectly, an additional 5.9% stake of Pirelli & C. SpA ordinary share capital.
