Recruitment & Selection

The procedure for selecting new university graduates at Pirelli is strictly driven by employment needs and consists mainly in two phases:

  • the first is based on research activity, screening, and assessment based on group dynamics and individual interviews
  • the second is based on exploratory interviews directly with the line manager and the HR function

In order to support students and young graduates during their first approach to the job market and in order to satisfy internal recruitment needs, Pirelli currently organizes designed events focused at providing them with useful tools for making career choices and at explaining current vacancies.
