INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER
Ensures innovative IT solutions in support of the business. Ensures the standardization and integration of IT solutions. Ensures, on the basis of the IT solutions, the evolution or re-engineering of key company processes. Ensures the implementation of projects in full respect of costs, NPV, deadlines and functional specifications. Ensures the control and optimization of costs and of levels of service. Ensures the choice of partner suppliers. Evaluates opportunities for Outsourcing. Ensures appropriate training, assistance and support for users and for implementation of the solutions.
HEAD OF SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
Plans, controls and coordinates the activities of structures, allocating internal and external resources to achieve the objectives.
Audits achievement of objectives in regard to contents, timing and costs, while managing, if necessary, the relationship with sector suppliers.
Co-ordinates analysis of the needs of Business and definition of the project to identify solutions in respect of functional integration with other IT application and architectures.
Aids implementation of the project in full respect of the agreed deadlines/costs and the level of quality of the solutions
HEAD OF TECHNOLOGICAL AREA

IT PROJECT MANAGER
Plans identified projects in regard to IT requirements and manages analysis, development, testing and start-up, assuring realization of defined objectives in terms of means, timing and cost.
Analyzes the needs of Business and definition of project to identify solutions in respect of functional integration with other IT application and architectures. Ensures implementation of the project in full respect of the agreed deadlines/costs and the level of quality of the solutions coordinating internal or external resources so as to ensure their proper preparation for the release of the solutions. Provides for application analysis. Ensures support for users (maintenance, updates, modifications)
Implements solutions in full compliance with the agreed deadlines/costs and with the expected levels of quality, co-ordinating internal or external resources (solutions regarding telecommunication, Base Hardware & Software, base services for application System).
Guarantees the level of service through provision of base service stability and application of standards.
Handles technical problem solving according to internal customer needs.
Assist the user by acting as "guarantor" of the user's work environment.
