Site Remediation Director

Leads operational management for the Company, guarantees the achievement of profitability and quality targets of the products under his responsibility.
Defines the investment budget and allocation of projects.
Supports Group health and environment policy, ensuring compliance with business objectives and related norms and laws.

Business Development Manager

Develops new business opportunities throughout Italy and in particular as regards Energy Management, co-ordinating company processes related to the market, sales and communications.
Scouts out customers and develops sales and marketing policies.
Manages and develops relations with customers, technical partners, consultants and institutional bodies.
Ensures the monitoring of target markets and the behaviours of customers and competitors, performing analyses of current and forecast  changes in each business area.

Due Diligence Manager

Applies Due Diligence procedures during the phases of acquisition and/or sale of disused areas, active manufacturing sites and/or real estate assets so as to analyse any environmental losses, with a view to quantifying their financial impact and the timescales required for their elimination.
Ensures customer support in the definition of contractual formalities related to environmental guarantees.
Manages relations with customers, technical partners,  consultants and public authorities.

"Environmental Engineering"  Manager

Ensures proper compliance with the customer's legal obligations in the event of the discovery or existence of environmental losses associated with areas and/or real estate assets.
Analyses the conditions that have been identified, preparing suitable survey and remediation projects to submit for approval by the respective Authorities.

Site Remediation Manager

Analyses approved remediation projects to ensure the proper evaluation of the activities, deadlines and costs required for the execution of the works.
Prepares the necessary technical specifications for the proper contractual management of the works order.
Maintains relations with the commissioning party, the executive suppliers of the works and the respective public authorities responsible for the verification and monitoring of the field works.

Safety and Quality Manager

Updates and improves internal quality systems, issuing rules, general and control procedures.
Ensures strict compliance by suppliers with the norms governing site safety.
Monitors and verifies compliance with internal norms related to work safety and quality.

Energy Manager

Analyses and develops Energy efficiency projects so as to achieve significant reductions in the Energy consumed at industrial and civil levels.
Implements all the necessary measures for the awarding of energy certification or of energy compliance certification.
Ensures the implementation of all procedures for the awarding of Energy efficiency certificates
