Total Pirelli Group Headcount at 31.12.2010 was 29.573 employees, with a strong presence and focus on Tyre Business (28.865 employees - including executives, staff and blue collars - representing 97% of total labour force).

Pirelli Tyre headcount is characterized by a strong international presence both on industrial and commercial side with a relevant presence in Latin America (44%), followed by Europe (37%), while Asia-Africa-Oceania and North America represent 19% and 1% of total labor force.
