Total Pirelli Group Headcount at 31.12.2010 was 29.573 employees, with a strong presence and focus on Tyre Business (28.865 employees - including executives, staff and blue collars - representing 97% of total labour force).

Pirelli Tyre headcount is characterized by a strong international presence both on industrial and commercial side with a relevant presence in Latin America (44%), followed by Europe (37%), while Asia-Africa-Oceania and North America represent 19% and 1% of total labor force.
As regards headcount trend, it is noteworthy the growing trend both in new investment areas of China and Romania and in Brazil mainly due to production volumes increases.
